VIRGINIA BEACH A Norfolk man will serve 12 years for an armed robbery in which he held a gun to a 9-year-old boy's head, Circuit Judge Steven C. Frucci decided Monday. Teon Lamont Capel, 27, and Deron Anthony Snow went to the Lake Edward home in November 2012, according to court documents. Capel helped force the boy and a man into the house at gunpoint. Snow shot the man in the foot and leg.
